bahiya (Jewl Petteway) comes from a vast Middle Eastern dance and music background, with a few years of butoh dance training from master butoh artists. She was raised in D.C. surrounded by music, as both her parents teach and play music professionally. She played classical flute throughout school and studied celtic/swedish fiddle with Andrea Hoag. Jewl has played live and recorded with Al Petteway and Seattle Middle Eastern bands Hejira and Ek Balaam. Recently, she has been focusing on experimental sounds as a solo act, with entropic advance, and usA (unbridled sonic Anarchy).

bios+a+ic (Wesley Davis) is a producer, engineer, and musician who soundtracks the modern world via construction and deconstruction of multi-layered digital and analog textures. He started performing at a young age on trumpet at school in Colorado, then in 1991 he moved to Seattle, WA where he worked in various projects as a lead vocalist and a horn player. He continues to perform and record solo, in the duo usA, and in entropic advance with which he has produced more than 20 experimental electronic albums over the past decade.
