Greetings, from us at symbolic insight as we enjoy the cooler weather and the beginning of our favorite season, autumn. We have a new studio album from bios+a+ic called aurorae, which is now available on all streaming outlets. This is a minimal drone album with most sounds created from electric razors and toothbrushes. There are links and more info below. We also have three other albums which are new to streaming worldwide; trap of the white light by bios+a+ic, nonviolent protests by entropic advance, and free and floating away by bios+a+ic. On this years blue super full moon bios+a+ic released this deep ambient drone album, aurorae. Most sounds were created with electric razors and electric toothbrushes processed with effects, looped, and manipulated. Good for imagination and meditation.

phantasmal force by unbridled sonic Anarchy
The duo of bahiya and bios+a+ic return with a powerful seventh album titled, phantasmal force. It features dark ambient drones with layered textures of violin, trumpet, synthesizers, and theremin. The instruments are heavily effects processed, sampled, and manipulated using numerous technics to create deep atmospheres of sound. The three core epic soundscapes were recorded in the symbolic insight studios, Marshall, NC. Also included are three bonus tracks which were recorded live on the streets of Asheville, NC while busking. The project's sixth album is the first to be pressed to vinyl and distributed by Snapped on the River. Recorded at their home base in Colorado, Microtone studios, these eleven tracks are the gems taken from an epic two day session of improvisational jams. It features Jon Wirtz on organ/clavichord, Brendan O’Donoghue on bass, Kris Nickeson on guitar, Wesley Davis on trumpet/synth, and Joe Sorcic on drum kit. It is less experimental and more funky than prior albums and what dominates this record is vibe. The music is pure vibe and seems to move beyond genre and style to be ‘just is’. This albums cool jazzy grooves create a unique atmosphere, accessible by listeners of all ages which can be enjoyed again and again. Minimal sonic expressions which explore the process and impact of death and dying. The theme and timbre of this sound art statement connects and relates directly with bios+a+ic's albums, 'free and floating away' and 'something about the light', inspired by the death of his mother on September 23, 2019. The album cover symbolically represents the death of past experiences and the death of unclear perceptions of the self.

This album is a lush sonic journey of minimal ambient soundscapes to assist in the acceptance of death, the healing of regrets, and the grieving process. It is a collaboration between bios+a+ic and the project, Numazu. bios+a+ic’s effects processed trumpet, static washes, sample loops & manipulations, vintage analog delay, and field recordings blend with Numazu’s effects processed guitar, sample loops and percussion, additional recordings, arrangements, and sound effects.

This album from entropic advance is from a session of recordings by the original core players, noisepoetnobody and bios+a+ic. It features ambient trumpet washes and textured string effects layered with samples and IDM glitches. Sonic structures are created, developed, and gradually decay into entropy.
