Greetings! It is already May and symbolic insight has a great deal of news. This Friday night bios+a+ic performs a showcase ambient trumpet music set at this years Spring LEAF (Lafayette Electronic Arts Festval) with custom video projections, also hear page 27, Sister Grotto, Orchid3ro, Ariadne, and Antenes (NY). Please arrive early to secure seating by 7pm and to enjoy his entire 30 minutes set. The following night, unbridled sonic Anarchy will play their 2017 debut show at Thee Haus OV Where? Gallery along with Pattern Language, Victoria Lundy, and BlackCell. Symbolic insight is excited to be included as one of Colorado's 12 Best Underground Record Labels by Denver's Westword*. We just released the debut album from the band EARadite, EARA, as a 'name your price' on symbolic insight's bandcamp, and Intifada by sonolumina has been received with positive response.

Intifada by sonolumina
bios+a+ic and bahiya release their second album for sonolumina. Experimental tribal electronic rhythms mixed with numerous acoustic instruments and percussion including, violin, trumpet, flute, vocals, zils, singing bowls, dumbek, and shehnai. Industrial noise with thick synth bass drops root ethereal sounds and field recordings which capture the listener to experience the Intifada (uprising) of power for the people. This album was recorded in 2003 at symbolic insight's cave studios, Seattle, WA. It was for a project called intoning silence which played a couple shows featuring Wesley Davis and Kevin Goldsmith. It is an experimental post-industrial soundtrack.
