Summer is here like a flash and symbolic insight is shinning. textures ambient showcase celebrates 3 years at Mutiny Information Cafe this SUNDAY with a special audio/video set by artist, Cheyene Grow (75 Ohms) along with custom sonic performances by Acidbat, bios+a+ic and Chromadrift. textures was recently included in Westword's article, '13 of the Best Monthly Club Nights and Music Events in Denver' (http://www.westword.com/music/denvers-monthly-club-nights-and-music-events-edm-ambient-rock-funk-913324). On June 28th dj bios+a+ic & GoStar support celebrated psychedelic illustrator, Nick Difabbio aka Ghostfreehood for a live art show at 3 Kings Tavern. Be sure to tune in to bios+a+ic on July 1st at 9pm for Electronic Air on KGNU radio for new surfacing electronic music.

Intifada by sonolumina
bios+a+ic and bahiya release their second album for sonolumina. Experimental tribal electronic rhythms mixed with numerous acoustic instruments and percussion including, violin, trumpet, flute, vocals, zils, singing bowls, dumbek, and shehnai. Industrial noise with thick synth bass drops root ethereal sounds and field recordings which capture the listener to experience the Intifada (uprising) of power for the people. This album was recorded in 2003 at symbolic insight's cave studios, Seattle, WA. It was for a project called intoning silence which played a couple shows featuring Wesley Davis and Kevin Goldsmith. It is an experimental post-industrial soundtrack.
