We begin this year with gratitude to our artists and our wonderful supporters, especially you, THANK YOU!
Our first release for 2021 is lo-fi buddha by bios+a+ic available exclusively at Bandcamp.com and streaming free. The album is a great mix of down-tempo beats and lush ambience. Entropic advance (bios+a+ic & NoisePoetNobody) have been recording a new studio album after 16 years on hiatus, which will be releases later this year. EARadiate has at least one album scheduled for release this year, maybe more since there are 4 in post production at Microtone Studios. biostatic has also been recording trumpet additions with hip-hop artist, Voz-11 for his new masterpiece. The album will be out in 2021 and a rare live performance is scheduled for the first week of June at the Boulder Theatre.

Eclectic beat loops fused with exotic samples are blended with layers of amorphous trumpet washes and vocal chanting to creating a surreal atmosphere of sonic exploration. Sounds drift as if underwater, gaining momentum to take flight, and then soar into deep space only to touch down on Earth again. sonic entropy is a sound collage journal presented in two parts. It is a sonic commentary created over two years which reflects upon current social issues. Collected recordings of underground information and alternative opinions are mixed with various textures of vinyl /cassettes which are combined with his experimental music projects. Originally aired on KGNU, these tracks were remixed and re-edited. This part, "right", features music by metapulse, bios+a+ic & Of Earth And Sun, entropic advance, and sonolumina.

The album is presented in six tracks with three new works along with three fresh live versions of red tide, charisma from the album 'monkey with a gun' and conspicuous from 'sound into light'. This new album from entropic advance is from a session of unreleased recordings by the original core players, noisepoetnobody and bios+a+ic. It features ambient trumpet washes and textured string effects layered with samples and IDM glitches. Sonic structures are created, developed, and gradually decay into entropy. The projects fourth release circles back to the original line-up and early recording sessions. EARadiate creates the bands style while exploring elements of jazz, funk, blues, and experimental styles. The album solidifies the core trio of Joe Sorcic on drums, Kris Nickeson on guitar, and Wesley Davis on trumpet and synths. Dan Swain is featured on electric bass providing a deep foundation of driving grooves. Special guest Voz-11 brings turntables to the mix adding hip-hop inspired scratching on track 8. transPacific by bios+a+ic
On this album bios+a+ic makes a point to exclude all trumpet and synthesizers to focus on the sounds of electric and 12-string guitars. The use of electric shavers, ebow, sampling, and heavy effects processing allow the guitars to drone and wash into epic walls of sound which are layered with minimal vocals and field recordings. These soundscapes slowly evolve into full blown songs as additional players add guitar (Robert Henson), bass (Kevin Goldsmith), and drums (Stuart McLeod) which take the music the another level of dynamic impact. This is an excellent epic ambient experimental shoegazer post-rock concept album!

ritual satori by bios+a+ic
This album was recorded from a collection of diverse and original samples that are manipulated and layered as a rich sonic tapestry. It is an exploration of instruments and recordings from numerous sessions and sources. Ethereal and other worldly, the tracks leave little trace of their original source. Processed trumpet, sitar recordings, synthesizers, and bells are recognizable for brief moments, which then smoothly morph back into the unknown.
